Introduction
يعرض هذا التقرير المشاريع المقترحة من قبل فريق بلورة الاستراتيجية العربية للاتصالات والمعلومات، وقد تم تشكيل الفريق بموجب قرار المكتب التنفيذي لمجلس وزراء الاتصالات العرب الصادر بتاريخ 20-21/1/2004. وتمثل هذه المشاريع خلاصة عمل الفريق للفترة الماضية، ويقوم الفريق حالياً بتقييم مجموعة أخرى من المشاريع المقترحة من بعض الدول العربية والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية. وقد تم إعداد هذه المشاريع المقترحة من خلال إتباع منهجية علمية وعملية محددة، نوضح معالمها في ما يلي.
